Replacing a Taurus front sight

I have a Taurus 627, and want to swap out the front sight blade with a new fiber-optic one. What should I use to pop out the retaining pin? Is there a special tool needed? I called Taurus and got the run-around, which is funny because thet offer the same sight on their 44 magnums!

  You just need a punch small enough to tap the pin out.
