Weatherby Vangaurd stock replacement

I am interested in replacing my vanguard stock with a hogue stock. Is this something that I can do on my own or must it be taken to a gun smith. If a gunsmith must do it any guesstimates on cost ?

  It's just 3 screws and pretty straight forward
