Browning Citori Value

I bought a Citori yesterday that has a few scratches/dings for $599 including tax. It's in good working order with a improved/modified chokes and 26" barrel. When I checked the serial number I found it was made in 1973 which I think is the first year of production. I know it's hard to judge without pictures, but any idea of a value?

  300-600 range depending on what "scratches/dings" means and overall finish/condition.
