    They are good quality scopes that rival their competition of the day. They were first made beginning in the 1930s, and value wise, they bring just about as much as the Lyman or the Fecker scopes.

    Litscert made a "Barlow" lens magnification extender that added about 2-3x multiplier to a common 4x scope of the day.

    They are small diameter typically, and crude optically compared to modern scopes. I have one.

    Figure about $75 for the set. Picture?

    A Litschert Scope with end caps in roughly 90 to 95 percent condition should bring $400.00 at a minimum. Right now the market for scopes like Lyman, Fecker, and Litschert seem to be increasing in value significantly, and by this time next year, I'd think they will be considerably more valuable than they have been, especially so if the economy gets better.
