Ruger 10/22?
Hi-
I recently visited a gun shop in the Atlanta, GA. area and came across an unusual Ruger model 10/22 carbine. It was stainless with a red and gray laminated stock. That's right, RED and gray. Very striking and unusual in appearance. The salesperson said it came from Ruger that way. Anyone out there know anything about these guns? Promotion item? Special order?

Anyone tried those Ramline takedown kits for the Ruger 10/22? How do they install and do they work well? 0 -
I think these have been out of production for many years.
Haven't tried one, nor even seen one, though I managed to scrounge up this image, which is one of these kits and an aftermarket stock.
