Browning B-80 question
I am looking at a B-80 12gauge with a alum. Reciever and would like to know if they are good guns. I can pick it up for $300. Thanks

I have had some of the B80's and they are quite good guns. I believe they are the kissing cousins to the Beretta 303. Sounds like you found one of the lighweight ones. Killed my first duck with a Browning B80, always found them to be reliable as well, good luck. 0 -
Go for it. 0 -
Pretty much the same as the Beretta 302 and 303. I think, not certain though, that the barrels are interchangeable. I've had a couple of the Beretta 302s in 20 gauge and thought they were fine for the money. Assume the Browning version would be as good. $300 is less than I paid for either of the 302s if that helps with your value decision. If the gun is in good shape I'd say buy it. 0 -
They are dandy. My boss has 3 of them. One is a 20 ga. with a 22" Barrel that he uses for pheasants. Excellent shotguns. 0 -

Barrels in the Beretta 300 series and the browning B-80 are interchangable... The browning was made in Italy by Beretta...
