Difference between Mark V & a Vanguard?

As a hardcore Sako guy I know very little about the Weatherby line but I do know about the Howa made Vanguard line. What is the difference between the made in Japan Mark V and the Vanguard?

  The Mark V has nine locking lugs on the bolt(some models have six I think) that allow less rotation of the bolt to open and close it, the vanguard has two big ones.
