Markings on German Small Arms

I'm curious as to whether anyone has seen an electropencil used by the Germans on their small arms. I haven't but that of course doesn't exclude the practice.

All electropenciling that I have seen, however, has been done by the Russians.

  only at gun shows when the sellers try and claim that the serial numbers all match[:D]...

  german small arms are not EP the germs were fanatical in stamped numbers and inspections. i would not by a germ gun for a historical collectable EP'ed

  Not on the weapons themselves. I have seem some scopes and mounts electropenciled but only a few.
