refurbused nikon scopes

factory refurbushed nikon scopes. any good ? picked up a 3x9x40 pro staff for 99.99 out the door at a sportsman liquidator store grand opening.havent mounted it yet but glass looks really clear & bright.

  I'm curious as to what the paperwork says.
  
  Is the scope rebuilt by the NIKON factory, or doesn't it say?
  
  And, is the warranty by NIKON, or "Joe's Scope Repair"?

  paper work says refurbushed to factory specs by nikon inc. 90 day limited warranty.
