Will the P226 trigger fit the P225. Looks the same in pics.

  I know the same trigger is used in all their double stack magazine pistols, but I don't believe they're appropriate for the single stack models.
  
  Out of curiousity, why are you wanting to change it out?

  I want the short trigger and the 226 is cheaper and easier to find.
  I see listings for hammers, hammer springs, recoil spring and other parts for 225/226 are the same parts. Wondered why the trigger would be different.

  check out this site, customizedcreationz.com. This guy sells triggers and will probably be able to tell you without a doubt what will interchange and what won't. I purchased a trigger for a P6 from an individual here on GB. Go to the Wanted page and add a thread. He will probably get up with you.
