Shipping AR15 complete lower to Maryland FFL

I see that some auctions state that they won't ship AR15's to Maryland; is there any problem with an individual in PA shipping one to a FFL dealer in Maryland? I hope that it's not another California-type state. Thanks

  You can ship to the MD FFL. If he sells it in MD, he needs to do the things required by MD law. It is also legal for him to resell to another FFL, say in NC.
