With that serial number it was made in either 1934 (if it has only one patent number stamped on cylinder) or 1935 (if it has two patent numbers stamped on the cylinder.) The first is a 1st Model 3rd Variation and the second is a 1st Model 4th Var. It should have the firing pin mounted on the hammer.
Numrich/Gun Parts Corp. has some parts remaining for this model - you need to call them and tell them you have the 1st Model. You can view which parts they have by going to their home page (www.e-gunparts.com) clicking on 'start here', then click on 'H', then 'Harrington & Richardson', then scroll down the list of models to Sportsman. The schematic they show is for the 2nd (post 1952) model and not all parts will fit in the earlier model. That's why I recommend calling them. Their number is listed on the home page. Be advised that if you need the rear sight blade - you have a real seach ahead of you. I had to purchase an entire parts gun to get a blade that I needed for an excellent condition piece.
