Need information about a shotgun.
I know pics are a must or at least a big help. Hopefully it won't rain again tomorrow and I can get some. Took in a like new semi auto shotgun that I've never heard tell of and the Blue book doesn't say anything except the manufacturer made O/U and semi auto ones and then gives the value of the O/U's.
Its a Lanber with the only place the name is is on the buttplate. Its marked Golden on each side of the receiver and has some gold scrolling on both sides of the receiver. Barrel is 28" with vent rib with a front bead that is very similiar to the old Ithaca raybar bead and has a removable choke tube. Rear right side of the barrel right next to the rib is marked: Cherry's GSO, Inc.
Anyone familiar with the Lanber and can give me a rough idea of value of one in like new condition? I cannot find a mark on either the wood or the metal.

I believe it's Spanish made. If it was originally sold commercially in the U.S., it should be marked with the country of origin.
I would do a GOOGLE search on "Lanber Shotguns", lot of stuff comes up, to answer your question(s).0 -
I did and all that came up was the Lanber home page. Went to models and it showed one (the #2532) that is similiar to it, but not as fancy as this one. Didn't have much to say about them, just a few of the specs. 0
