Mossberg 1000 ??

I have purchased a Mossberg 1000 from Locust fork, and am being told that it is not a good firearm.

I will likely shoot less than 2 or 3 boxes of shells through it per year.

The weapon itself is REALLY purty.

  That model 1000 is the same gun as the Smith & Wesson 1000. I have used one for more than twenty five years with no problems. I have no idea how many rounds it has fired. Also have 2 twenty gauge that hasnt been used. I like them. Just my openion. JC

  I believe it is made by Howa. Not much else but when she posted pics there was talk about it being an 1100 rem. knock off.
