Old Lyman Tang Sight Part.

Does anyone have a source for parts for old Lyman tang sights other than the usual ***bay?
I'm trying to find a replacement sight staff/post for one, just the staff/post, which is 0.170" diameter. The ones in the newer #2 sights are too skinny to work, at 0.135".
Any help appreciated, thanks.
