Colt Police Positive C&R eligible?

I have a Colt Police positive 32 revolver, serial 183061 and was wondering if anyone could please look up the date of mfg so I can determine if it's C&R eligible? Thanks.

  Don't need to look it up; the last Police Positive was made in 1947.
  
  It is a C&R, assuming it is in original configuration.
