I was wondering if anyone could tell me something about the colt woodsman 22LR ie.. when they were made,there value, ect...

According to the NRA handbook, "After all parts have been CORRECTLY REASSEMBLED into the slide and receiver, insert housing into receiver and press firmly against a table. The housing will snap into place."

Is your mainspring and mag. latch spring one piece or two piece???
I just fought one of those for a couple of hours..e-mail me...

Any more info on this. It will not go past the guide rod. The mainspring housing has a lip on it that holds it out and it the goes against the guide spring. Having a heck of a time. What is the trick???
