Smith & Wesson Expert needed
Buddy comes to work this morning with a S&W .22cal 3 inch Barrel it appeared says it was his grandmothers has to be at least 35 - 40 years he thinks serial # is 9351 on butt and cylinder . Finish is original bluing the firearm is in about 85- 90 % condition. no box

To be able to help you, we would at the very least need all markings on the revolver. For a accurate value assessment, quality close up photos would also be required. 0 -
From the limited description you give, it sounds like possibly a .22 Ladysmith 2nd model. These were made from 1906 to 1910 with a round butt on the "M" frame and with 3" or 3 1/2" barrels.
The value could run in a wide range depending on condition.0
