Hazmat label UPS for primers?
i have shipped ammo via ups using the orm-d label with no problems. I need to ship primers and understand that a special lablel is required as well as additional cost. Anyone know where I can download the label for shipping primers via UPS? thanks

primers are considered explosives by them selfs due to if dropped the whole box could detonate..but loaded in cartridges all you need is ORM-D 0 -
You need to talk to the UPS HAZMAT folks. Primers alone are indeed classed as explosives. When inserted into brass they cannot "mass detonate". The process is much more involved that applying a label and paying more money. 0 -

as stated above you can not ship unless you are an authorized shipper of hazmats... takes a course of study and costs $$$... 0
