Winchester 70 Rifle (Black Shadow?) Price please

Im going to be selling a Winchester 70 270 caliber rifle today at a gunshow and was looking for a fair price to ask. It looks exactly like the black shadow models but does'nt have black shadow on it. It has a black stock, two detachable magazines and Simmons 3 X 10 by 44 scope on it. It has fired 20 rounds but is in excellent condition. Ive looked at them on Gunbroker where I usually sell my guns and their seems to be little interest. Thanks for the help.
