Bushnell "Black Special"

Anyone know the Specs on it? Was told it's identical to the elite 3200. Part number 88412MQ it's a 4-12x40mm with AO "Black Special R/S" can't find any info on Bushnell's website or Google. I know Bushnell's aren't the best, but not the worst either. Just looking for specs please, not a Bushnell bashing. I've heard all the "you get what you pay for speeches" just want to know the specs and if it actually is the Elite 3200. Thanks in advance for anyone with info on this scope.
