Whats the deal with these Colt 6920's
Hey everybody, been looking off and on the last few years at these Colt 6920 AR LEO carbines. I looked last night and seen a few in the $1,150 range.....if these are the "gun to have" in the event of a ban, why does the price keep dropping? Are these collectible?

The nobama panic has about run its course. Everybody who wanted one has got one. Just supply and demand. Because of the economy is still in the toilet and so many folks out of work, I would expect further reduction in prices, not only of firearms, but ammo and components also. 0 -
my best guess is it is a FAD sort of thing, they just look cool, 
and because Joe has one, his buddies Tom, Dick and Harry just has to have one also, so goes all their buddies..., and the beat goes on !0 -
Because supply has caught up with demand. There is nothing collectible about a gun that is currently produced en-mass. IMHO it is really worth no more then any other AR but because it is stamped Colt people will pay crazy prices for one.
This is not a bash at Colt. Colt is a good gun with a great name because they put out a quality product.
Supply and demand drives price for everything not just guns, this is no different at all.0
