Bushmaster M4/A3 purchase
HI all...
Do you Mass. folks know if the Bushmaster M4/A3 with collapsible stock and suppressor and lug can be purchased in Mass from another state? I'm thinking of getting one...but I don't want to prematurely pull the proverbial trigger until I get some more info.....,

The list of "high capacity" rifles is published several times a year by the Attorney General. The guns on this list are subject to change. Your best bet is to talk to your local dealer, as he will be able to tell you what he can or cannot sell you. You may as well have him order you whatever version of the rifle is currently legal; if you order a rifle from another state on your own, it can only be delivered to you through your local dealer, so there's no way to cut him out of the equation.
