1968 Winchester 70 s/n 872xxx
Hello.
I would like to know the approximate value of 1968 Winchester 70 with a Weaver scope. The gun and scope were purchased Christmas, 1968.
I'm not a gun collector so I don't know how to determine the condition other than looking at it and, to me, it looks almost brand new. I do know it's been fired. It was fired soon after purchase in 1969 and then not until just a few years ago.
Thanks for any information you can provide. I hope I haven't been too vague, but this is all the information I know.

Welcome to the forum. Look at rifles in that time frame that have sold. This should give you a idea of the value. 0 -
Condition is big key ..Not much collector value..If she's 80% -$300-$350.. 90%.. $400-450 0 -
4merAlaskan,
Hello and welcome to the forums here on Gunbroker.
Like has previously been stated, condition precludes value. If you were able to post some clear and close up pictures, we could narrow it right down for you. If you wish to do a search on the auction side for rifles like it, that have SOLD, that would give you the best idea of what the market will bear. Now is a prime time of the year too.
