stevens shotgun ?

i have an old stevens 12 ga break action shotgun. only markings are the j stevens on side of recivers & patented august 12 1913 on top of barrel near chamber.i have 2 complete guns & 1 extra barrel they are all marked the same.dont see any model # anywhere. any thought on what model they could be?
