Howa model 1500 magazine

My Howa model 1500, is a bolt action rifle. It holds 5 shots, that are top loaded into the gun.Does anyone know if they manufacture 10 shot magazine for the Howa model 1500??

    I am sure that the idea of a detatchable magazine has been toyed with for this rifle, as it is the same as the Weatherby Vanguard, S&W 1500, and Mossberg 1500. However, there does not appear to be any on the market. Being that there is a fixed amount of space to deal with, within the stock, I don't believe you will see an expanded capacity internal magazine either. Put yourself on a good scope, in good mounts, and practice...all of your 5 shots will go on target...actually 1 well placed shot will do the trick, unless you are punching paper.

    I have not seen any external magazine conversions like the Remington 700 has for the 1500 Howa. I agree that there is little need for high capacity on that platform though due to its accuracy. I still can not get over the accuracy on mine. Shoot it, enjoy it.

    I totally agree, the gun is a tack driver for sure,. I am totally amazed at the accuracy and feel of the gun. a 10 rd. mag, would make it perfect. Although i could live withit the way it is.

    I would love to post a pic of the gun with the setup as i have it, but still cant figure out how to post a pic, if someone could either help or post for me that would be great.
