I was wondering what year my winchester model 1906 S#180471 was made & where I can get parts for it?

The model 1906 was replaced by the model 62 in 1932. Assembly of guns from remaining parts continued for another 5 years until all production of the 1906 ended in 1937. Since all 1906s are well over the 50 year age requirement, then they all would qualify for C&R. That's federal. Your state and local laws may differ.

Per the BATF's website, all pre-64 Winchester firearms are C&R eligible... regardless of whether or not they are 50-years of age yet. As glabray pointed out, some States may not honor the federal regulations.

I do not know what Massachusetts firearms laws are concerning C&R, but in general, it is not considered one of the gun friendly states (thanks to the recently departed longtime Senator Teddy).
