Not likely... at least not one that you can rightly call it a high-wall or a Ballard.

Depending upon exactly what you are looking for (or want), figure that you will need to squirrel away at least $2k for a decent original. If you are looking for something like the rifle in my signature line, you will need to save quite some bit more ($15K+).
