Value of my firearm???
My grandfather recently passed and I have been willed a firearm. I am curious of the current value of this. I have been all over the net and can only find outdated value of this firearm.
This is a Navy Arms Co. Model .66 Carbine. serial number is 45367. Cal. 44/40
It has a brass reciever and is in perfect condition. It has never been fired or even had a round in the chamber. Any help would be gratly appreciated. I can email a photo if needed I cant get it to attach to this thread.

sizematterz,
Hello, and welcome tot he forums here on Gunbroker.
We would love to be able to tell you more about your carbine, and the value of it, but need to see some pictures to evaluate the condition.
Other than that, it was imported by Navy arms, and is a copy of the Winchester 1866 if I am not mistaken. In rifle form it will have either a 24 1/2, or 20 inch octagon barrel. In the carbine it will be a 19 inch round barrel, or the trapper at 16 1/2 inch round.
The value in the bluebook currently says 745.00 at 100% NIB and 450.00 at 95%.
