Lyman 37N question
I have a dovetailed front bead sight that's stamped 37N on the bottom and the bead itself is brass and about 1/8" long. I'd like to know if it's Lyman and what guns it's for

Ivory or gold bead? If so, it sounds like a Lyman to me. 0 -
It's a brass colored rod/bead about 1/8" long. The Lyman chart dosen't mention 37N although it does list 37's with 2 letters, N+others. I'm trying to find out what gun it goes on. It's .620 long,.370 overall height from the bottom of the dovetail, and the dovetail with is .250 0 -
ALMOST ANY RIFLE WITH A (N) NARROW (1/4") WIDE FRONT SIGHT BASE THAT NEEDS A 3/8" (37) TALL FRONT SIGHT. THESE ARE STANDARD REPLACEMENT SIGHTS (AND CAN BE SEEN ON NEW RIFLES). 0
