Very very rare pistol. What would have great bearing on the value would be how and if it was polished prior to refinishing. If this was done with a heavy hand and the markings were greatly defaced, it would have quite a negative affect on value.

It would be best if you could post quality photos of the pistol.

There is a "sticky" toward the top of the forum, that explains how to post the photos.

Be Carefull! Usually when a NAA or Singer is reblued, 90% chance it's a doctored up gun. I just had in my paws on a reblued Singer that was sent to me on approval. The story of an old man with no kids to leave it to...yada...yada...yada... we have ALL heard those stories. It's been in his family since the 1950's... yada...yada...yada... GUESS what the end of the story is??? Reblued and RESTAMPED Colt that was NEVER a real Singer. Moral of the story, on a Singer or NAA, assume it's fake if its reblued; and make THE GUN prove to you it is real. good luck!
