PROHUNTER KATAHDIN .460 or S&W 500

I was thinking of buying a PROHUNTER KATAHDIN .460 or S&W 500. I understand these barrels are interchangeable as well as other barrel calibers. Anyone fire this in .460 or S&W 500 caliber?
