Who made CHURCHILL scope?

Fairly recent make, 26mm main tube, 8 power, 56mm objective, can find no reference to it in books or Internet. No country of manufacture marking on it.

  There is or was an E.J. Churchill in the UK who makes/made Shotguns and some rifles based on 98 Mausers, and there is also A Churchill Optics in England, but I cannot determine if they make or market scopes. I have never heard of a Churchill Scope either.
