Info on a gun please

Hi, I posted a couple of weeks ago with some 1911 guns that my husband had. Can you vive me any information on the gun.

It is marked Whitneyville Amory, CT USA. Has a serial number 16216.

Any information you can give me or value information.

  It appears to be a Whitney, "No. 1" revolver, made during the 1870's. Value wise probably in the $250-$350 range.
