Sako/Tikka Left Hand models?
Could anyone tell me who may have a good selection of Sako rifles or Tikka Hunter series in the left handed models?
Thanks,
Pete

roderickp,
Hello, and welcome to the forums here on Gunbroker.
If you were to take a good look at the auction side, and use the search engine, you should be able to find just about anything you want, at more than reasonable prices.
Best
EDIT 1:
I just went to a distributors website, and typed in "left hand", under Tikka. It came up with a few hunters, and stainles lites, but none in either of the two chamberings. Sorry...they are a big distributor too.

I haven't had much luck finding left handed models of Sako's or Tikka Hunter series here at all on the site - not that many in left handed for choices - I'm wondering if any outfits are importing any? 0 -
Any particular caliber? [^] 0 -
Calibers I'd like would be 25-06 and 6.5x55. 0 -
Try www.berettausa.com or call them at 800-929-2901 and ask them who might have one. They are the importers of Sako and Tikka. 0 -
Use the search function on this website with the term "Tikka left" and I believe that three Tikka Hunters come up in lefthand. However, none are 25-06 or 6.5 X 55. These are in 270 WSM and 300 WSM. I do not believe that Beretta USA imports the lefthanded Hunters into the US. Perhaps these few on the website have come in through another channel, such as Canada, but I do not know.
I have seen a few Tikka Model 695s in 25-06 on this site and other sites, but they are not too common.
The Sako Model 85 is not presently being made in a lefthand configuration, to my knowledge. Sometimes you can find lefthand Model 75s in 25-06, and other lefthand Sako models in 25-06, but they are not terribly common.
I keep waiting for Sako to begin making the Model 85 in a lefthand version, but if they have near term plans to do so, they have kept it secret.0
