Identify a double bbl. pistol

I need to identify a double bbl. pistol
bbl cal. .49
Proof marks Spanish, smokeless Pdr BP proof mark on BBL
Paris France mark: St. ETIENNE on bbls.
Rim size larger than 45/70
Case length about what a .45 LC is.
Gun is engraved and plated in silver,or nickel
Has two hammers not on sides with firing pins like a Colt frontier.
I can submit a photo.
Any help would be appreciated.

    The pistol is a 12mm cal.
    Remington made a rolling block chambered for 12mm.
    I made brass to fit using 45/70 cases but had to turn
    the base down about half its thickness.
    Does anyone know where I can get 12mm cases?
