Trying to find out what an Iver Johnson M1 Carbine at about 90% would cost. I have a friend wanting to sell me his.

Recently aquired stainless steel carbine that will not feed 1st and last rd out of magazine tried several differnt mags. All rds. in between cycles perfect. This carbine is driving me crazy .It has been throughly cleaned. Any suggestions greatly appreciated

according to information i have iver johnson only manufactured a little more than 89,000 M1 carbines. what is unknown is how many of each caliber, the starting serial number and the ending serial number. i also know the 9mm versions had their own serial number series. my best guess is this carbine was manufactured in 1987 or 1988.
