Two guns in question I just want to verify year of manufacture.

1) Winchester Model 70 # 790579

2) Winchester 94 .32 Win Special # 2739194

  Model 94 serial number 2739194 was manufactured in 1964.
  
  Production in 1964 began at serial number 2,700,000.
  
  1965 is the correct DOM for your Model 70.
