NID schematics
Can someone direct me to a schematic for my Ithaca NID 12 ga? I would like to do a detailed inspection and cleaning of the box lock and replace the butt stock and forearm varish finish with an oil rubbed finish. At first glance it appears destocking the shotgun is not as easy as I suspected and I don't want to break anything.
It hasn't seen a detailed (stock off) cleaning in at least 20 years, although it works fine in warm weather. I want to clean and lubricate so it has a good chance of working in the colder South Dakota weather this fall. Thanks
