Hello sence i cant get any answers from the auction site i will ask here.My questian is if your selling a 22 rifle barrel on the auction site does it have to be sent to a FFL dealer

  Exception to above would be a barreled action, but just the barrel, no.

  FIREARMS must be sent to a FFL if crossing a state line. FIREARM is legally the receiver (also called the frame). A barrel, stock, trigger- NOT a receiver, NOT a firearm, does NOT have to go to FFL.

  Not if shipped within The USA across the pond different game do not do it. have buyer arrange to have shipped FFL in the U.S. and then let him work it out to shipment to him.
