Sierra arms 410 s/s info

I came across a "Sierra Arms Company Los Angeles Calif" .410 side by side shotgun and am asking the experts to try an ID it as to when it was made (S/N 276X) and by whom (made in Italy). The left hammer/firing pin is bent and would like to find a source to find a replacement. If not, would it be possible to build up the firing pin and handwork it to function?
The other question is that the barrels are marked underneath with 4 stars on the right and 2 stars on the left. I am assuming that these are choke markings, but it would be nice to know what what choke they represent.

    One of the Italian Proof Marks should be a coded date, ( either in the format of Roman Numerals or capitalized letters ).

    I found XIX next to the S/N under the barrel. What year would this be? (1959?)

    XIX is 1963 according to my reference. Sierra Arms Company, would be the U.S. importer/distributor.

    Thanks for the date. Out of curiosity, from what reference did you get this information on the date? I still haven't found any information on the import company yet.

    GOOGLE, "italian proof marks", their is a bunch of PDF files that will come up.
