Need help with 6.8 carbine

Hello. Need help again. I'm currently looking for a 6.8 carbine. I have $1400 budget. Can you please give me some brands that have good quality for the price? Or which lower and upper I can buy (because I think it is cheaper to buy it in halves than buy a complete gun). My background with m-16 platforms are only with armalite and colt back home and don't know if the other brands have good quality. Thanks
