Hi, Does Remington actually make the AR they sell? I was wondering since from what I hear the same holding group also owns Bushmaster.

  Yes the same company owns Bushmaster, DPMS, Remington and at least 2 others.
  
  The Remington R-15 rifles are exact copies of the Busmasters so I assume the are the same.
  
  The R-25 is is a copy of the DPMS .308 rifles.
