Removing Phosphate Coating
Hey guys, is there any way to remove the phosphate coating on gun parts once they've been coated? Thanks for your input.[:p]

Well, you can physically remove the coating with blasting/sanding and so forth.
There are different chemical ways to remove it. One product that supposedly does a good job is called "evaporust":

I know Naval Jelly removes bluing, tarnish, rust etc., it might work on phosphate coating. 0
