where would i get an owner's manual for a universal (universal of hialeah, FL) rifle scope

Has anyone used a New Century rifle scope before are they any good for the price? 0 -
Are you saying a fixed 20 power scope[?] IF so then you will find you better have a bench rest any time you shoot and you better know exactly what distance the target is away from you . I have found unless you are superman there will be so much movement and such a SMALL field of view you be lucky to find your target even in a prone position . I vote NO on a fixed 20 power scope. 0 -
Like perry said, a fixed 10x or high quality variable would be better.
Unless you are gonna be useing a benchrest or bipod and bags I vote no on a fixed 20x also. JMO0 -
