Does anyone make a 45acp conversion unit for a S&W Sigma 40 S&W?

  Strongly, strongly doubt it.
  
  Even if it were possible to create such a conversion, there isn't enough demand to justify manufacturing it.

  Sigma's are 9mm and 40 only. The frame will not take a 45acp mag.
