HOW TO CARRY TANFOGLIO .380?

I just acquired a Tanfoglio GT 38 C (.380 7 shot). It has "two" safties. The frame mounted lever when flipped forward towards muzzle locks hammer and is also a take down lever with hammer back & mag. removed you pull back slide & lift off frame like Walther PPK. The other safety is on the slide. When flipped up and pointing towards muzzle it will fire. When flipped down it seems to prevent firing pin coming out breech face, but hammer will drop if trigger is pulled, however hammer doesn't "fall" like Walthers when flipped down. What is safe way to carry this? It appears to be single action. Hammer down with round in chamber? Cocked with round in chamber and slide safety down? Lastly I found a site that has a spare magazine for the EAA/FIE Titan .380. Does this gun & mine use same magazine?
My gun also appears to have mag. safety like Browning Hi-Power. Mag. removed hammer cocked...will not fire. Wondered if anyone had any information/observations about this all steel .380 auto[?]

    When carried in condition one, the hammer is back and hammer locked.
    Or carry it with the slide safety down and the hammer back. Find the way you are most comfortable with. It is single action, so hammer back and locked would be the faster to get into action.
    Just dry fire to see which one you like best.

    The slide safety (ON-down) does not lock the hammer. If you pull the trigger the hammer will drop, however it appears the firing pin will not go out the breech face (blocked). The other frame (take down lever) safety is to far forward on frame to access easily. Do I carry it loaded (safeties off) with hammer down and thumb back hammer to fire? Or hammer back, slide safety down AND remember to flip slide safety up so firing pin will go beyond breech with face when hammer drops and fire? I'm just going on what I've examined mechanically so far. Won't chamber anything until on range in next few weeks.[8)]
