HELP WITH ARISAKA MARKINGS

I just acquired a type 38 Rifle no Mum that has two zeros in front of serial # and two other small zeros stamped once on rcvr & one on bolt knob. It has the school mark on rifle chamber portion in front of rcvr. ring. Has "B" proof mark on barrel. I know it's school marked made before 1935 at Koishikawa (Tokyo) Arsenal. On top rear rcvr. behid stripper clip guide AND on barrel chamber is a small circle with triangle inside. The triangle points are tangent to circumference. What does this triagle within circle signify? Thx![8)]

  Yes Babun that's the website I used to find out all that I did find out about my rifle. Nothing about the triangle within circle in that website. However, it did tell me all the things I did post here.

  In the Honeycutt & Anthony book, p. 15, it says the triangle in a circle indicates 10% overload proof. The plain circle is listed as an indication of acceptance according to a special wartime inspection standard.
