Buehler scope mount question

I came across a Maynard Buehler 1 piece scope mount and rings and am asking the experts of what it might fit. The only markings other than name is HV on the bottom side. It is about 5-7/8" long with 3 mounting holes (1st to 2nd 3-25/32", and 2nd to 3rd 7/8") The relief cut is 2-11/16" The mount is used, but is in good shape.
The rings are new in box (1" split end, code 6)

  Generally the HV U fit small ring Mausers and several others with the 1.3 inch diameter ring.
  
  You're right, Dokey - the Micro Dial is the only one with HV.
  The one I have is the 21 U, fits the Rem 700, 721 and 725 and Weatherby Mark V.

  The only reference to HV in my buehler catalog is for the Micro-dial base, the one with the round elevation wheel on the back of the base
