truglo bead won't fit right

I got three of the truglo starbrite deluxe fiber optic sights for my Mossbergs from Brownell's. Two of them thread in properly. The third still neads a quarter turn to line up right or it sits sideways when tightened. If I line it up then it is loose.

What can I do to fix this?

  Edit There is NO WAY that a shotgun barrel that had a bead front sight started the first thread in the same place on each barrel because a bead makes no different looks the same from every angle . a glow worm or any other site all you need is one drop put on the thread with a tooth pick.

  I would contact the customer service folks at Brownells. Hopefully they will just send you a replacement in the mail. If you don't want to go this route try some white teflon tape on the threads. Most hardware stores carry it in their plumbing section.
